Such announcements shall not be disparaging or otherwise adverse to your business.<\/li><li>All registrations are regarded complete only having made the full payment prior to the Conference and on site.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5702f25 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5702f25\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-09b29d5 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"09b29d5\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50f5c68 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"50f5c68\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Program Slot Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0029c60 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0029c60\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once the official program is released, participants will not be able to change their allocated slots.<\/p><p>To ensure accuracy, the program will be updated, reviewed, corrected, and shared with all participants before finalization.<\/p><p>Timeline for Slot Confirmation:<\/p><p><strong>18<sup>th<\/sup> March to 20<sup>th<\/sup> March<\/strong>: Slot allocation, participant review, and confirmation period. Participants may request adjustments only within this timeframe.<\/p><p>From <strong>20<sup>th<\/sup> March<\/strong> onwards:<br \/>Remaining slots may be assigned, but no changes will be accepted for previously confirmed slots.<br \/>(Within this one-month period after confirmation, the program will remain fixed and unchanged.)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d6c5763 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d6c5763\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0d53c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b0d53c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cancellation and Substitution Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-762acb8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"762acb8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>If you are unable to attend the conference, we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least 2 weeks\u2019 prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full.<\/li><li>Registrations that are cancelled 60 days in prior to the conference are eligible for a refund of 75% of the registration fee.<\/li><li>Registrations that are cancelled in less than 60 but more than 30 days prior to the conference will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee.<\/li><li>Cancellations made in less than 30 days prior to the conference will not be eligible for any refund.<\/li><li>The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants.<\/li><li>The discounted registration fees are non-refundable.
